ZAS Safeguard is a digital content blocking and parental control service that:

Blocks access to adult content and harmful websites
Provides parental control features for family protection
Offers study/exam mode for focused learning
Monitors and logs blocking activity
Syncs protection across multiple devices

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Immediately notify us of unauthorized use

4. Owner Mode Agreement

IMPORTANT: By enabling Owner Mode (Ultra-Strict), you acknowledge and agree that:

Adult content blocking cannot be disabled
The 30-minute cooldown period is mandatory for any unlock attempt
Your master key is your sole responsibility to remember
We cannot bypass or reset the protection for you
This is a voluntary commitment you are making to yourself

5. Study/Exam Mode Agreement

When activating Study Mode:

Social media blocking will remain active until the scheduled end time
Early termination is not possible once activated
You are responsible for setting appropriate duration
The countdown cannot be paused or modified

6. Parental Controls

Parents/guardians using Family Mode agree to:

Only monitor children under their legal guardianship
Use the service for legitimate child safety purposes
Respect applicable laws regarding child privacy
Not use the service to harass or control adults

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free trial is limited to 7 days per person/device
Subscription fees are billed in advance
Refunds are available within 14 days if unsatisfied
Prices may vary by region based on local pricing

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ZAS Safeguard to:

Circumvent or attempt to bypass protection measures
Monitor adults without their consent
Reverse engineer or modify the software
Abuse the trial system or commit fraud
Violate any applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

ZAS Safeguard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Content that may bypass our filters
Psychological effects of content blocking
Lost data or service interruptions
Actions taken based on activity reports

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
